There are so many different product types and styles available now that most people find themselves in a confusing maze of information when they set out to buy a new kitchen or bathroom. We attempt here to explain the differences, help consumers to understand what will best suit them and offer unbiased advice and guidance to help everyone make the best choice for their individual needs and circumstances.
2) To be a professional association for Kitchen and Bathroom Designers.
This is a professional association for designers who specialise in the KBB business. We work with other groups both in the UK and abroad building an association which aims to offer KBB designers professional status.
Presently it is possible for anyone, regardless of knowledge or experience, to call themselves a kitchen or bathroom designer, and although many companies do offer training for their staff there are still "designers" out there who are likely only to design a disaster. We want to see some recognised formal training and certification scheme for the protection of consumers and to raise design standards throughout the KBB industry.
