Exhibition Booth

Single Page Entry:

The Exhibition Booth consists of a single page with up to three product photographs and around 300 words of text.  A company logo, telephone number and email contact are also included.  Any news items published in our news section which relate to your products  will internally link to this exhibition area.

Costs:

Hosting for an Exhibition Booth can be paid monthly at £ 30 per month or as a single annual payment of £ 295 

There is an initial one off set up fee is £ 145

Pictures and text can be changed as often as required at a cost of £25 per image which will include any corresponding text change.

Extended Exhibition Booth

Single Page Entry with Slideshow:

The Exhibition Booth can be upgraded to provide up to six image positions and to include up to three slideshows, where each slide show can display up to six images.  So you can have an extended page displaying a mix of static images and slide shows. There is also scope for additional text to accompany each image or slideshow, at around 300 words per position.

Costs:

Hosting cost for an Extended Booth can be paid at £40 per month or a single annual payment of £ 395.00

Costs to upgrade from the example above:

To add a slide show of up to 6 images, or to replace an existing static image with a slideshow costs £ 75

To add an additional static image costs £ 25 per image.

To start with an Extended Booth the initial one off set up fee is £ 195

Exhibition Stand

Two Level Entry with added pages:

This option is where the serious exhibition options begin, allowing for additional pages to be added and linked from either text, image or a slide show on the opening page.  So basic information contained on the first page of your exhibition is linked to more detailed information and further enlarged images, on additional pages.

Exhibition Stands can be created in sizes to suit your needs, starting with three slideshows on the first page, each with up to 6 images linking to larger images and more detail, so a total of 18 pages plus the opening page can be included.

Costs:

Cost for hosting an Exhibition Stand start at £ 150 per month or £ 1495 per annum for standard size as described above.  Extended stand costs can be discussed.

Two updates to images, slideshows and text will be available FOC per year.  Additional update costs will vary depending on the number of items to be changed.

Display Exhibition Stand

The Multiple Level Exhibition:

The number of levels and pages can be tailored to suit your individual requirements.  You will have a large first page image and a dedicated menu for visitors to easily navigate around your area, which can include more company information, contact detail and an "about us" style section.  This style of area can be built and tailored to your individual needs in terms of styles, colours and size.

Costs:

Hosting costs will vary depending on the size of stand chosen and the number of images and detail required, details can be discussed. 

The example you can explore here contains 30 pages on 3 levels with a default colour and font scheme.  Cost for this size is £ 250 per month or £ 2495 if paid annually.
